Return and Refund Policy for Haf Nof Sales, Inc.

Thank you for purchasing from Haf Nof Sales, Inc. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality brand name products at significant discounts. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
1. General Conditions
- Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange beyond this period.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 12% may apply to all returns, depending on the condition and resale value of the returned items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Clearance items or those marked as "Final Sale."
- Custom orders or specially procured items.
- Opened or used products that cannot be resold.
2. Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact us at wholesale@harnofsales.com. Provide your purchase order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wholesale@harnofsales.com.
